1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website miguelinarosario.com (hereinafter "the Site") and contracting the services of Miguelina Rosario Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Miguelina Rosario Accounting & Bookkeeping Services offers professional accounting services for small businesses, including but not limited to:
- Recording and categorization of accounting transactions
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Accounts Payable and Receivable management
- Preparation of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger)
- QuickBooks Online implementation and management
- Catch-Up services for outdated accounting records
- White Label bookkeeping for CPA firms and accounting practices
Services are provided remotely and are available through monthly subscription.
3. Contracting and Subscription
- Initial Consultation: All new clients must schedule a free 30-minute initial consultation before contracting any plan
- Monthly Subscription: Services are contracted through an automatically renewable monthly subscription
- No Long Contracts: We do not require long-term contracts. Clients may pause or cancel at any time without penalties
- Payment: Monthly service payment is made in advance at the start of each billing period
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: The client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and timely financial information
- System Access: The client must provide necessary access to accounting systems, bank accounts (read-only), and any relevant platforms
- Documentation: The client must deliver invoices, receipts, statements, and any requested documentation in a timely manner
- Communication: The client must respond to inquiries and information requests within a reasonable timeframe (maximum 5 business days)
5. Our Responsibilities
- Confidentiality: We will maintain all client financial information in strict confidence
- Service Quality: We commit to performing work with professionalism, accuracy, and within agreed deadlines
- Support: We will provide the level of support specified in each contracted plan
- Reports: We will deliver the agreed financial reports according to the contracted plan
6. Service Limitations
Not included in our services:
- Tax preparation and filing
- Payroll processing (recording yes, processing no)
- External audits
- CFO or Controller services
- Tax planning and advisory
- Advanced financial projections
- Advanced budgeting and strategic planning
For these services, we can refer the client to trusted specialized professionals.
7. Limitation of Liability
Miguelina Rosario Accounting & Bookkeeping Services shall not be liable for:
- Errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
- Financial losses resulting from business decisions made by the client
- Tax or legal consequences from late filing of tax returns (a service we do not offer)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months of service.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Site content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Miguelina Rosario / Miguelina Rosario Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
- Financial reports and analyses prepared belong to the client, but the templates and methodologies used are the property of Miguelina Rosario Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to active clients by email at least 15 days in advance.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
